Consisting largely of vacant land until the early 2000s, Başakşehir transformed into one of Istanbul's most planned districts through state-backed projects.
Supported by wide boulevards, massive hospitals, and giant parks, this growth has directed the real estate market toward family-oriented, spacious residential complexes.
Our goal is to portray Başakşehir not as a remote settlement, but as a self-sufficient, orderly, and peaceful fully-fledged city.
